CarneySweeney was appointed by Fairview Hotels Ltd to submit a full planning application for the extension to the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cardiff North.  Emma Fortune coordinated a consultant team to prepare all of the technical information needed, including highways, ecological, drainage/SAB and arboricultural assessment.  Emma led this multi-disciplinary team and negotiations with the local planning authority, working closely with officers to successfully secure planning permission in February 2023.
