CarneySweeney secured permisson for the conversion and rooftop extension of a former office building, on the edge of Exeter City Centre, to deliver 115 student bedrooms.  A key project aim was to improve the tired and dated external appearance of the original office building, which sits within the Conservation Area.

CarneySweeney sucessfully led negotiations with the Council's Urban Design officer to secure a delegated approval.
