St Martins Place delivers high end urban apartments in a prime location in Birmingham city centre.

Gerald Sweeney and Kam Saini led the planning for this residential tower, which comprises 228 units and commercial floorspace at ground floor, and rooftop gardens providing amenity space for residents.
