CarneySweeney has provided planning consultancy services to Seven Capital for Seven 60, a purpose built industrial park in Northampton.

The scheme comprised two employment units with ancillary office accommodation providing circa 9,950 sqm of floorspace. Whilst acting through the planning process, we have also provided planning due diligence during the sales process for both units, and securing an extension to hours for night time deliveries.
