CarneySweeney act on behalf of Aberdeen Investment Trust on the asset management of Reading Gateway Shopping Park.  Notable tenants include Premier Inn, Nandos, Costa and Burger King and Wren Kitchens.  We secured planning permission for relaxation of planning restrictions to allow the sale of food from Unit 6.  The unit was occupied by Aldi Stores Ltd in 2023.
