This project sought a change of use from an office building to a residential property at an unallocated site in the open countryside and accordingly, policies restricting residential uses in such locations need to be addressed. In 1999 there was a conversion and of a former dairy building to an office use to accommodate the employees of a local company, since then the office has been substantially expanded and remodelled. Peter Waldren has been acting for the owner of this site since 2015.
