Located at the heart of Wembley City, London Designer Outlet (LDO) is London's first exclusive designer outlet shopping centre. Comprising discounted designer shopping, boutique eating and drinking, independent retailers and a cinema, the LDO consists of over 33,000sqm of floorspace, with over 70 stores and restaurants.

Working with the developer Quintain Ltd, our people have been involved in the LDO from its inception through to today, first securing planning permission as part of Quintain's Wembley Park development, and continuing to support its operator, Realm, since the LDO opened in 2013. Working with Realm, we assist in the planning related aspects linked to managing the LDO to ensure its ongoing success, providing advice and guidance on changes to use classes, reconfiguration of retail units and frontages, new retail kiosks, wayfinding and advertisements, and submitting and managing planning applications to London Borough of Brent.
