CarneySweeney continues to advise Regal Property Group for this iconic Broad Street project in central Birmingham. Gerald Sweeney led the project team (Heritage and Town Planning) for the two residential towers (at 33 and 21 storeys) and the redevelopment of a Grade II listed former bank building.

The scheme delivers 394 homes, along with high quality public realm and active ground floor retail to create a cluster of activity at a key gateway site into the city centre. Planning permission has been secured, with the development completed and occupied.
