Gerald Sweeney led the planning project team for the delivery of this Private Rental Scheme (PRS) on the Hagley Road, Birmingham. The scheme comprises the development of a 16 storey residential building comprising 206 residential units with ancillary gym, infrastructure, parking and landscaping. The scheme re-uses and enhances a vacant, previously developed site and provides a mix of high-quality housing that will contribute to Birmingham City Council's identified housing targets. The planning application and subsequent ongoing negotiations with the City Council highlighted the benefits of the scheme.
