Peter Waldren leads the multi-disciplinary team coordinating and delivering an outline application for an 18 turbine wind farm with an output of 45MW.  The scheme is being determined under the Planning Act and Peter's role is to unlock what is effectively a stalled application. The site is within a Pre-Assessed Area for Wind Energy but nonetheless faces challenges regarding cumulative noise impact versus the ETSUR97 guidance and heritage impact on a Scheduled Ancient Monument.  Peter is responsible for liaising with the LPA to overcome issues preventing determination and for coordinating the supporting Environmental Statement.
