CarneySweeney has achieved Reserved Matters approval for 460 dwellings and a local retail centre on land at Talbot Green on behalf of Taylor Wimpey. 

Peter Waldren acted for the previous landowner, gaining the site's allocation in the Local Plan, securing outline planning permission, defending the site against a hostile Town and Village Green application and finally renewing the outline permission. 

CarneySweeney coordinated the consultant team to ensure the Reserved Matters submission wasfully supported and determined in a prompt timeframe. Planning conditions are in the process of being discharged.
