Since 2020, CarneySweeney has provided planning consultancy services to Argent Related for their joint venture scheme with Barnet Council at Brent Cross Town (BXT), within the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area, London, NW2.
As a new park town for London, BXT will provide up to 6,700 homes and major new office space for around 25,000 workers set amongst 50 acres of parks and playing fields, 8 new public squares and 50 shops and restaurants . We are providing planning consultancy services for the 44 acre Clitterhouse Playing Fields, an area of public open space at the heart of Brent Cross Town, designed to promote wellbeing, sports and play.
We have been providing planning advice on various infrastructure related matters within this exciting development and submit planning applications on behalf of Related Argent and the developer's contractors for both infrastructure and buildings within Brent Cross Town.
Our work at BXT involves liaison with design teams, contractors and the LB Barnet planning team.
