CarneySweeney is providing planning consultancy services to Mercia Real Estate for the redevelopment and extension of Hadley Park East employment park to provide approximately 90,000m2 of B2 and B8 floorspace.

The redevelopment comprises the demolition of existing buildings on site and provision of five commercial units with associated parking and internal road layout. CarneySweeney are undertaking pre-application discussions and preparing the planning application for submission in 2023.
