What an exciting time to join us on our journey. The CarneySweeney Team has just completed its fifth year and in that time have been identified nationally as a leading consultancy for women to work within. We have won a National Planning Award for excellence in infrastructure planning; in 2024 we were twice put forward for Planning Consultancy of the Year (RTPI and Planning Resource, respectively); and, identified nationally as the No.1 employer of chartered female planners.

We have four offices and are growing across England and Wales in a manner that takes full advantage of a balanced hybrid work approach.
