We are delighted to announced that Peter Waldren has joined CarneySweeney to head up our new Cardiff office.  Peter has 27 years professional planning experience across the private and public sectors including as an expert witness at planning inquiries. In addition to planning appraisals, planning applications, appeals, development plan and CIL work, Peter also undertakes specialist retail work including retail impact assessments and town centre health checks. Over the years Peter has advised clients including British Land, Standard Life Investments, Sainsbury's, Barratt David Wilson, Aviva, the Welsh Government and the NHS.
