We are delighted to welcome Fiona Sibley to CarneySweeney, as a Planning Director in our London team.

Fiona joins us from her previous role as Planning Director at multi-disciplinary firm BDP. Fiona is a specialist in residential, strategic land, mixed use and heritage projects, and was responsible at BDP for leading the planning strategy for the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme.
